Guns, guns, guns, gear, and a pretty lady.

We have a full roundup of sweeps for you this month and shotguns seem in fashion this month.

As normal I like to start off with the Remington gun giveaway. This month the prize is a Model 1100 Classic Field in 12 gauge.

Now normally I would list off all of the specific numbers of this shotgun but there is a small conflict. The rules list one shotgun as the prize, but the order number in the rules points towards a 16 gauge. In reality any free shotgunis nice, no matter the size of the shell.

Remington requires registration but they are spam friendly. One entry per person per month so good luck.

Next up in the Gallery of Guns contest. This months prize is a Marlin 917M2.

The Marlin 917M2 is a blued bolt action repeater with our innovative T-900 fire control system. It features a 7-round clip magazine, and has a cut-checkered, walnut-finished hardwood Monte Carlo stock with swivel studs. It has a 22" heavy barrel, is grooved for a tip-off scope mount, and is drilled and tapped for Marlin scope blocks, which are supplied.
It has some nice numbers.
Caliber 17 Mach 2
Capacity 7-shot clip magazine
Action Bolt action; thumb safety; red cocking indicator.
Stock Monte Carlo walnut finished hardwood stock with pistol grip; tough Mar-Shield® finish, swivel studs
Barrel Heavy 22" (4 grooves)
Twist Rate 1:9" r.h.
Sights Receiver is grooved for scope mount; drilled and tapped for Marlin scope blocks (included).
Overall Length 41"
Weight 5.5 lbs.
I'm going to have to borrow one of the new 17 mach 2 and drag my fat arse out to the range. I've been hearing goos stuff about them. While large bullets are nice. I'm particular to the .22lr myself. so something semingly smaller gets my attention.

Gallery of Guns is one entry per person.

Now I am up to my only non-internet sweepstakes. Gun Magazine is offering up a Benelli Cordoba 12 guage valued at 1600$. My first two cars combined was not worth that much!

Now I held off to post this contest last for a couple of reasons. Lightfield shotgun is in it's final month of one heck of a giveaway. Each month a few people are picked to get free T-shirts, hats, and five boxes of shotgun slugs. At the end of this month they will pick from all of the monthly winners for a lifetime supply(one case) of slugs in the type and caliber of your choise.

Well I finally had a winner come from this site and he has sent a nice picture of the prize for me to share with you. Here is his daughter showing off the winnings he received from Lightfield.

Brian says the shotgun was a gift from his father. The same type his dad carried in Vietnam. It's the one she hunts with now.

So enter and win. Good luck.
