Today that boy on the right would already have been tazered, driven to the ground, and disappeared into an enemy combatant prison and never seen again....but for his own good.

I think you mean "tazered,tazered again, kicked once to make sure he's out, then placed into a 'holding cell' overseas where he will await trial by a jury of those most likely to convict him."
